my uncle picked me up in beijing, but i stayed with my friend jean from chicago. the only thing she knows how to do in that city is take the bus to the shopping areas -- that's all i need. we were trying to figure out ways to spend our highly valuable chinese-yuan-converted-from-US-dollars and got our nails done. i had skulls painted on my big toes. haha.
tired of the fobby clothes in all the store, we went to the beijing zoo. i had a stare-down with an ostrich. and i am aware that i look pregnant in this picture.
